I don’t personally think weight gaining as a effect on a person as a whole because these things are not related at all. Maybe your husband has a hard time having sex with the weight, you can personally talk to him and comfort him that it is alright. He might be thinking he doesn’t satisfy you while you are perfectly fine with him being himself
I don’t quite understand the question here? If your Husband has gained weight than why should he not be aroused anymore? It understandable if you don’t feel the same as your husband is not the same man but you are the same as you were before. Unless you have gained weight yourself, it is better you both communicate to find what is wrong?
