Is sex with your cousin incest?

I come from a Country in Asia and here people marry their cousins most of the times. The marriages are considered normal while when i shifted to the US they say cousin marriage is incest. The problem is i am legally married to my cousin and here people find it awkward? What should i do

Well marriage with isnt bad in a lot of places but where it is , it is considered it is considered as incest coz of how close you are tho by definition it is not incest. As for what you may do. Well, she’s your wife, you cant just let her go. The best choice is to not tell people that u were cousins and live ur life happily
