Though there’s no one-size-fits-all guide to sex positions, Dr. Chinn says being on top might make first-time anal sex a little easier. That allows more control over how deep the penetration goes and how slowly it happens. As a bonus, there’s also the chance to add some clitoral stimulation, if that’s your thing.
If you’re more experienced with anal, you can have your partner penetrate you from behind through doggy-style, spooning sex, or some other similar position, Dr. Chinn says. This can offer a “fuller” feeling. You or your partner can also provide some added clitoral stimulation in these positions.
I think two positions are the most go to positions when you have to start Anal sex. The first is bending on the desk and the guy inserts it from behind while the second is going into doggy position on your bed and your boyfriend rather than being 0 degree aligned to your opening is about 45 degrees aligned upwards and inserts it. Other than these the other positions will cause too much pain.
Do this: Have your partner sit by the side of the bed or chair. Slide your back down, up with it
This position is perfect for those who are relatively new to anal sex because they are easy to pull off (but still hot). You can control how much you sit down with your partner, so you can go as deep or shallow as you want.
