Well it would be something if you pull off but from a legal stand point it is against the law and you could heavily charged for such a action. If it is directed towards someone then the other person can take legal action against you which cost you more money and probation. Lastly you would have your name in sex offenders list. Is jerking off in public worth this trouble? I don’t think so
